**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
* Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers, using knowledge of careerzynith products and services
* Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
* Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using CRM software to track and analyze customer data
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products, services, and policies

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification a plus
* Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer populations
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find creative solutions
* Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Strong knowledge of careerzynith products and services
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
