**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
* Resolving complex customer issues, including online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Utilizing various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits
* Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and activities staff, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification after completion of a 14-day training program preferred
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
* Proficiency in computer software applications, including writing (minimum 30 wpm) and typing skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
