Key Responsibilities

Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries

Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving sales leads for our dealer clients

Essential Qualifications

Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential for this role
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation
Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse


Preferred Qualifications

Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
