**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone calls and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting careerzynith products and services in a friendly and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person visits in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to careerzynith.com, online orders, and deliveries
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Offer solutions and alternatives to customers, using persuasive and empathetic communication skills
* Work collaboratively with other departments, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or interacting with customers
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 14-day internet business customer service specialist certificate program completion required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
