**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote cargo team as a Freight Specialist. In this role, you'll be the face of careerzynith's cargo operations, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. As a section-level customer service specialist, you'll work closely with our leadership team to provide mentorship and support to help you grow in your career.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our cargo customers via phone and in-person
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
* Work independently to manage a high-volume workload and meet productivity standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith's policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the airline or transportation industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
