About the Role: Customer Service Associate (Call Center)
We're excited to announce that we're expanding our customer operations team and seeking talented Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our dynamic team! As a CSA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, facilitating intake calls, and providing top-notch support to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class customer experiences through clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers
Facilitate intake calls and requests for on-demand and scheduled language services
Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
Provide exceptional client service experiences, addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships
Log and track calls and requests while servicing clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for helping others
Experience with call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Very good verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls, with strong attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual skills (preferably in a non-Spanish language), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Experience in the language/translation industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of language services
