About the Role We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer questions, utilizing knowledge of our clients' industries and services Navigate appointment scheduling, answer questions, and serve as the front line, making the first and sometimes the last impression Listen to clients to understand the reason for their communication, address any questions or complaints, and provide accurate and efficient responses Work collaboratively with our team to achieve service goals, share knowledge, and continuously improve our service delivery Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Live in Georgia, as this is a requirement for the position High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment Experience working with customers in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology Knowledge of call center software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk software Certifications in customer service, such as CCSP or CSP, or willingness to obtain certification Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and resolve issues Ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve service goals, share knowledge, and continuously improve our service delivery Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
