Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate customer records, collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction, and handling customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a fair and courteous manner Perform all other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Experience and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service role, with call center experience being highly desirable. You should possess excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer needs. The ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment is essential, and bilingualism in Spanish and English is a definite plus.
