**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
* Responding to consumer inquiries and owning consumer issues to ensure timely resolution
* Providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
* Meeting performance goals in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Empathy and strong listening skills**: The ability to understand and address customer concerns in a compassionate and professional manner
* **1 year of customer service experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a similar role
* **Call Center experience**: A plus, but not required
* **Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills**: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management while managing multiple tasks and priorities
* **High School diploma**: A minimum educational requirement
* **Background check**: Must be able to clear a background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Bilingual in Spanish/English**: A competitive advantage, with a higher hourly rate
* **Sales or benefits experience**: Ideal, but not required
* **Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment**: A plus, but not required
