Job Overview We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at blithequark. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand values through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Key Responsibilities Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner Responding to customer inquiries with a positive and solution-focused attitude Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management as needed Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently Developing rapport with customers through active listening and empathy Offering solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and exceed expectations Essential Qualifications 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred) 1 year of call center experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required) Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology Certifications in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCSP, CSCP) Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus) Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service attitude and skills Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional Friendly, confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Quick problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
