**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Utilizing call scripting and automatic dialers to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers

* Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format to meet customer needs and preferences

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
* Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* Strong people skills and active listening abilities, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve their concerns
* Exceptional attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer literacy, with the ability to navigate software applications and tools
* Experience in an outbound environment, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Sales experience, with a proven track record of success in upselling and cross-selling to customers
* Experience in an inbound environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Knowledge of industry-specific products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers

**Education Requirements**

* High School diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on communication, customer service, and sales skills

**Experience Requirements**
