As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Benefits Administration Services team, working closely with clients to resolve their queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing one-to-one inbound telephone contact with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding their pensions and other financial benefits * Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances * Entering application and enrollment information into our web-based computer system for clients as needed * Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency within client rules/guidelines and other related program policies * Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements **Benefits of this Role** * Competitive hourly pay rate of $16.00 per hour after training (bi-weekly pay) * Paid training program with equipment provided * Full-time schedule (40 hours a week) * Career growth opportunities * Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes * Full benefits package, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time **Training Schedule** Our paid training program will teach you all the skills needed to become successful in your role. The training schedule is as follows: * Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, for 12 weeks * After training, you'll work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM-10:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: * High School Diploma/GED * Must be 18 years of age * Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check * Previous customer service and/or call center experience * Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, applicants, and co-workers * Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback * Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment * Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds * Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred * Ability to successfully complete paid training **States Not Applicable for this Position** * AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY * Metro Areas: MN- Minneapolis, IL, NY - NYC * OR - Portland, MD - Montgomery County, WA - Seattle, Washington, DC Met **Pay Transparency Laws** In some locations, pay transparency laws require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.
