**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Service Business Development Department, you'll be responsible for:
* Understanding and implementing inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
* Taking overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered promptly and efficiently
* Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and providing personalized support to meet their needs
* Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to appointment completion
* Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns as necessary
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
* The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on empathy and understanding
* Previous call center and appointment setting experience, with a proven track record of success
* Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
