Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient. Process customer transactions, research, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing our customer service applications and systems. Acquire, demonstrate, and utilize knowledge of retail banking, online banking, mortgage, and business product expertise to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions. Maintain high levels of call productivity and quality scores, exceeding minimum standards and established guidelines. Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills, ensuring that customers receive clear and concise information. Cross-sell financial services and products, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and promote our company's offerings. Adhere to and comply with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering. Identify and report suspicious activity, ensuring that our company's policies and procedures are followed. Complete required training and maintain knowledge of our company's policies, procedures, and systems. Essential Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in retail banking products and/or residential loans. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required. Experience with customer service applications and systems. Knowledge of retail banking, online banking, mortgage, and business product expertise. Skills and Competencies Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs. Computer knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
