**Key Responsibilities**

As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

* Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing
* Working closely with team leaders, taking instructions and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Conducting administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures

* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
* A strong customer focus and experience in face-to-face customer interactions
* Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications)
* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the airline industry
* Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
