As a customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality service to our members.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
* Provide solutions to facilitate treatment and improve the quality of life for our members
* Work closely with instructors, self-paced modules, and leadership to complete 6 weeks of on-site training
* Meet HIPAA compliance and adhere to federal regulations
* Utilize computer experience with Windows-based applications to complete tasks efficiently
**Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with health insurance plans
* Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and healthcare regulations
