Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and passion for making a difference will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Engage with customers via phone, providing responsive, caring, and concerned service * Instill confidence in customers that their information will be handled appropriately and that their experience matters * Lead customers through a guided interview process and/or follow a scripted set of questions, ensuring each question is addressed and accurately captured in a written report * Pay strong attention to each detail to ensure report accuracy and timely submissions * Hold all reports in strict confidence, both internally and externally * Demonstrate flexibility as policies, schedules, and people you interact with often change * Model our core values of Live It!
