**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
* Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems.
* Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions.
* Creating and updating records in our database.
* Identifying customer needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of professionalism.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
* 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Proficiency in web-based and cloud-based applications, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications.
