**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Ready Mix Concrete Operations**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatching deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a division of Dolomite Products Company, Inc. and is one of the many local companies in the Northeast within the CRH Americas Materials division of CRH. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with dispatch and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, schedule and dispatch deliveries as needed, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for compliance with applicable environmental regulations, daily inspections of the plant, and maintenance and record keeping. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively participate in weekly safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) * Accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load trucks * Work closely with dispatch and customer service regarding customer material delivery and plant inventories * Responsible for compliance with applicable environmental regulations * Daily inspections of the plant and complete maintenance and record keeping * Overtime requirements during peak season * Duties and tasks may be modified by the manager according to company needs * Call customers in advance of late deliveries or delays in service * Proactively reach out to customers on new secured projects **Education and/or Experience** * Previous experience preferred, but not required * Management experience preferred, but not required * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Flexible, well organized, detail oriented and multi-tasked **Job Requirements and Skills** * Must be able to perform duties safely * Plant Automation- Command alkon knowledge is preferred but not required * Solid communication skills (both verbal and written) * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Strong analytical skills * Basic math skills * Work well in group problem solving * Ability to meet deadlines * Identify problems, gather, and analyze information and make the appropriate recommendations * Drug screen and background check required before being employed by arenaflex **What arenaflex Offers You** * Highly competitive base pay * Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs * Group retirement savings program * Health and wellness programs * A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion **About arenaflex** arenaflex has a long and proud heritage.
