**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Product Support, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

**Essential Qualifications**
