About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Phones We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fully remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting directly with our customers via phone to resolve inquiries, recommend products, and process orders while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer calls in a high-volume environment, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with customers to resolve issues, providing personalized solutions and recommendations. Process website orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Screen orders for potential fraud, protecting the integrity of our customers' transactions. Handle returns and exchanges, providing a seamless customer experience. Communicate customer issues and concerns to the Quality department, driving continuous improvement. Document customer interactions in our internal system, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of customer feedback. Meet and exceed department performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of related customer service experience in a high-volume environment. Familiarity with web order fraud screening and order management systems. Detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications (e.g., eBay shopping). Problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes, with a passion for the industry. Previous experience in a similar e-commerce or customer service environment. A team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
