You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will be critical in building strong relationships with our customers, driving customer loyalty, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Responsibilities:** Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: * Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner * Identify the type of assistance needed and escalate when necessary * Deliver information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients * Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to resolve inquiries * Actively engage customers in online chat context and assist with general inquiries, product support, and basic sign-up issues * Provide mail support to Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing * Additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Active listening skills and results-oriented approach * Strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills * Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role * Proficient in navigating CRM and/or multiple software applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers **Essential Qualifications:** While a degree is not required, a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
