**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your primary duties will include:

* **Answering Inbound Calls**: Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and build relationships.
* **Identifying Assistance Needs**: Determine the type of assistance required and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
* **Escalating Issues**: Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
* **Managing Customer Expectations**: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to meet their expectations.
* **Providing Mail Support**: Assist the Mail Center Manager with mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, and other related tasks.
* **Additional Duties**: Perform additional tasks as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting.

**Requirements**

* **Certifications or Training**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field would be an advantage.
* **Bilingual or Multilingual**: The ability to communicate in multiple languages would be a valuable asset.
