**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions to resolve inquiries.
* Actively engage customers in online chat contexts, providing clear and concise information to facilitate relationship development.
* Assist customer tickets from the queue with general inquiries, product support, service recommendations, and basic sign-up issues in a diverse technology environment (via phone/email/chat).
* Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, etc.
* Manage customer expectations, escalating issues when necessary and providing solutions to resolve complaints.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Perform additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting.

**Requirements**

* Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
* Results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Proficient in navigating in a CRM and/or multiple software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a digital mailbox or package delivery industry.
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
