Experienced Customer Service Representative – Pet Pharmacy Support (Remote in Kentucky)

**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Here are some of the key responsibilities of the role:
* **Engage with customers**: You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our customers.
* **Research and problem-solve**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Go above and beyond**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for someone who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
**What You'll Need**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment**: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role, where you've had to think critically and provide solutions to customers.
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
* **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
* **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**: You'll be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including overtime as needed.
* **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
