**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can think critically and provide solutions that wow our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms
* Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for our customers
* Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**What You'll Need:**
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and think critically
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and think critically
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a pet-related industry or pharmacy setting
* Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
