**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Pet Pharmacy Support**

**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
* Engaging with customers in a critical thinking capacity to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
* Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
* A commitment to delivering exceptional service and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pets and their parents
