**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer queries and interactions over the phone, email, and chat
* Processing and modifying orders
* Escalating customer feedback across multiple communication channels
* Proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions
* Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish
* Providing best-in-class service experience for customers while working in a fast-paced environment
* Providing technical support to customers when navigating our website
* Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to create a delightful experience
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
* 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience
* Ability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
* A private and distraction-free home environment to work in
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience
* Experience working virtually
* Experience working in veterinary/pet care
* Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
* Animal lover (not required, but definitely a plus)
