You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, accurate information, and timely resolutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding patient experiences, while also contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Responsibilities** • Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic service to patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ETM software operation, billing, and account operations to effectively resolve patient inquiries and issues. • Respond to and document all telephone inquiries, ensuring accurate and complete information is captured. • Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed and rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information. • Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed, ensuring clear communication and understanding of payment terms. • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Requirements** • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously. • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient service. **Nice-to-Haves** • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. • Experience in retail and restaurant service is encouraged, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints. **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our employees.
