**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. This is a part-time remote work opportunity, with the option to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain positive patient relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
* Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
* Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
* Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements
* Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
* Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
* Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
* Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply
* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
