Key Responsibilities

Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues and concerns to their satisfaction.
Learn and understand careerzynith's ETM software operation, billing, and account management systems.
Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebill accounts after receiving insurance information, and arrange financial agreements with patients as required.
Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be an asset:
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a strong customer service background.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and patient care services.
