We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our part-time remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and efficient issue resolution for the residents of the buildings we manage. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a keen eye for detail, and are flexible with changing job duties and responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Gaining a deep understanding of the real estate and property management industry to assist with inbound and outbound inquiries * Managing inbound and outbound communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and issue resolution * Providing an exceptional customer experience and delighting our customers through best-in-class issue resolution and relationship building * Establishing and maintaining good rapport by using positive language and anticipating the needs of our arenaflex Community members * Building sustainable relationships and engaging arenaflex Community members by "going the extra mile" * Following communication "scripts" when handling different topics and identifying opportunities to elevate the overall customer experience process through scalable solutions * Working cross-functionally with departments such as Advisory, Compliance, and Operations to ensure that customers are getting what they need promptly * Coordinating the scheduling of appointments, including vendors, as necessary * Assisting the Account Management team in building and maintaining relationships * Meeting personal, department, and company KPIs/OKRs **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking); additional language skills are a plus * Customer service or hospitality experience * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Self-motivation, composure, and focus under pressure * Great problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail * Impeccable organization and ability to improve processes * Stellar written and verbal communication skills * Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Experience with juggling multiple communication channels (inbound calls, chats, and emails) * Experience with Zendesk, Google Suite, or related tools, as well as the ability to learn new systems and platforms **What We Offer:** As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $14-$18 per hour (16-32 hours per week / 2-4 days) * Flexible scheduling, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holiday shifts * Opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
