**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Processing new patient enrollment by entering information into our secure system, adhering to state and government guidelines
* Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
* Investigating missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving information system-related exceptions
* Responding to patient correspondence (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
* Resolving external exceptions by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Acquiring and maintaining a valid pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment

**Essential Capabilities:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing reports, and accessing online data
* Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms
* Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing from memory, and organizing reports
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Capabilities:**

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a state-issued license or certification
* Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing from memory, and designing reports
* Proficiency in Spanish and English
