Job Overview We are seeking experienced and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails, navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues, and communicating professionally in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates in a professional and courteous manner Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner Communicate professionally in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible Utilize all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handling time Collaborate with other teams and departments to resolve issues and improve processes Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of mandatory training Customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or retail environment Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in a conversational manner Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Experience working in a metrics-driven environment and meeting performance metrics and quality standards Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Customer-centric mindset : a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Communication skills : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in a conversational manner Problem-solving skills : strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Time management skills : ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards Adaptability : ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Teamwork : ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments to resolve issues and improve processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
