**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing new patient enrollment by entering information into our secure system, adhering to state and government guidelines
* Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing
* Investigating missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving information system-related exceptions
* Responding to patient correspondence (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
* Resolving external exceptions by assessing, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Obtaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days and maintaining an active pharmacist license or certification
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports or accessing data online
* Essential web search skills, including:
+ Opening a browser
+ Composing URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a license/certification by the state Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
