Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a difference in the customer experience. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives. Leverage Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ability to complete our mandatory training program successfully.
