**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. You'll utilize multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues, while communicating professionally in a conversational manner. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.
