* Make a high volume of outbound calls (60+ calls per day) to past customers to offer our services and generate leads
* Assist team members with tasks and projects as needed, including setting the schedule for our technicians
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
* Maintain accurate records and data in our database
* Help to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Reliable and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
