**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure that every room and common area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance
* Replenish linens, amenities, and various supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
* Dispose of trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and push large carts
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Ability to lift heavy objects and work with chemicals
* Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting
