**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to shipping, billing, or product availability
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
