**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a key member of our team, you'll work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
* Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to our patients
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in an overnight shift (9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST)
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

**Training Schedule**

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

**Pay Range**

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
* Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
