**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, providing exceptional service to patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, addressing prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Provide empathetic and personalized service, resolving patient concerns on the first call whenever possible
* Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Training and Development**
* Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
* Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure your success

**Schedule and Pay**
* Work in a flexible, overnight schedule (Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST)
* Enjoy a competitive pay range, with a minimum of $17.02 and a maximum of $27.16 per hour
* Receive a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week
**Requirements**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Ability to work in a remote setting and maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
