Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience
6+ months of high call center experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer issues
Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Strong computer skills, with experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
Preferred Qualifications
6 months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
