Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing support with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least 1 year of customer service experience working with customers/patients in a fast-paced, metric environment
6+ months of high call center experience, working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
Strong computer skills and a passion for helping others
A verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
