Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative – Overnight Shift at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. You will be working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, including experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.

Essential Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience
6+ months of high call center experience service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer six months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
Prefer Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions

Compensation and Benefits
