As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information in a collaborative and supportive environment. **Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
