Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our clients and the community. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Management and Account Support, you will be responsible for: * Supporting outside sales Account Executives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Converting sales/customer quotes into orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing * Checking inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking * Responding to emails and phone calls promptly, providing clear and concise information to clients * Monitoring order entry systems to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction * Providing shipping estimates and processing credit card payments efficiently * Resolving customer issues with internet support groups, ensuring prompt and effective resolution * Managing outbound and inbound account management using Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate records and reporting * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded **Essential Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results * 6+ months of Sales support experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required **Additional Skills & Qualifications** We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should possess: * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude * Knowledge of order entry or ERP systems is preferred, but not required **Pay and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $20.00/hr, with eligibility for benefits and perks.
