We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Open Enrollment Support team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting with benefit questions, and providing accurate resolutions to our customers. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service or call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working with senior citizens or in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of prescription drug plans and benefits
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
