**Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* At least one year of call center experience required; experience in a medical or healthcare setting a plus
* Strong verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with clients
* Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
* Ability to work without direct supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
