As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. You'll work closely with our Service and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to resolution. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining excellent customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions
* Gathering information from customers to identify and resolve problems efficiently
* Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for customers as needed
* Setting sales appointments for new customers and promoting our services
* Answering billing questions and providing clear, concise information
* Completing general clerical duties as assigned, such as data entry and typing while speaking with customers
* Collaborating with Service and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
* Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
* A pleasant phone voice and the ability to multitask while entering accurate data and typing
* Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
* A successful pre-employment background screen
